Shipping and Delivery Time

Uniforms Orders

We aim to get all of our orders out the door as soon as possible. The estitamted order completition and delivery to your door lead time is 5-10 working days.

If you have ordered a "Special Order item" this will take the estimated time agreed before purchased.

PPE Orders

Most in stock PPE items will arrive next day, but due to the current climiate (Covid / Brexit / Port Issues) we ask our customers to allow an extra day.

Order before 2pm = 1-2 days delivery

Pallet deliveries = 2-3 days delivery

Delivery Cost

GO Safety sells many different brands, this means we can end up ordering from multiple brands for one order, lucky for you we absorb the cost and you pay a flat rate! 

Orders over £300 = FREE DELIVERY

Orders under £299 = £10 DELIVERY FEE

Returns and Exchanges

Uniform Orders

Print & Embroidered orders are always confirmed with a visual proof (mock up) and a quote. Normally there is a conversation by email or the phone before an order is complete, there for we do not accept any printed or embroidered garment returns. 

If we have a made a mistake or the garment is faulty, then of course we will replace the faulty item. Get in touch if you have an issues.

Ordered the Wrong Item

There will be a 25% restocking fee plus a delivery charge if you have ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it.

Faulty Item / Picking Error

Please check your order as soon as it arrives, if something isnt right then please get in touch as soon as possible. You have 28 days to return an item.
